I’m happy to announce the Potomac Review Issue 51 launch party and reading this Wednesday, June 13th at 7:00 PM on the second floor of the Black Squirrel in the heart of Adams Morgan.

We are honored to have three readers:  Joseph Cavano will read from “Story Cloth”; Janice Gary will read excerpts from “Random Acts”; and Linda Morefield will read from “Rescue Dog”.

I’m really proud of this issue and excited about hosting the event, because it’s been a long time coming, and because issue 51 is “my baby,” each piece of prose was selected by me, and all poetry was selected Robert L. Giron, poet, publisher, and English department chair at MC-Takoma Park.

Big props go to Potomac Review intern Karolina Gajdeczka for planning the reading, to Andrea Pawley for advertising it like crazy, and to Nathan Blanchard for designing an awesome flyer.  I’ll have copies of PR51 on sale for $10.

Please come and bring friends, family, co-workers, partners, lovers, and  crushes.  See you Wednesday night!
